What you see is not what you get!

Ever wonder about all those ads on TV? I mean that many actually seem true, but are they? Well, if you enjoy the story like presentation used in many ads then it is just like watching cartoons or your favorite soap. But, when you see one that depicts a person dressed like a doctor telling you about a product that will keep you young or a product that will treat an illness do you really believe that the person is actually an MD? Sometimes you see a small but hard to read statement in an obscure place on the screen that says that this is a "dramatization"? What this all means is that the advertizer wants only one thing from you. Have you figured out what that is? If you haven't then think again and you will surely come up with the answer. "They want your money" is the answer.
Now have you thought about the truth of what the ad is telling you? Some will say "This product will make you look 20 years younger" and you are 70 years old. If you get on the phone and buy it you have probably made a mistake and will have spent quite a bit of money just like the advertizer wanted you to do.
Pay Attention to what is being presented to you and with a little thinking you can break the habit of watching the commercials on TV. Its time to quit wasting time..........
